For this painting I choose to make him and all of his accessories ghostly, except for his hat. I feel like the hat might be something he would leave behind, and is not really connected to him in this image. I also messed with leaving the sword as a solid, but I feel that it hindered the clean composition of the image. Other things to note are that I did edit out a little thin piece of cloth between his legs, as it was not clear what it was exactly and it made the work I did on reconstructing the chair much clearer.
